I have a few groups that I listen to that maybe some people may not see as "punk" but I don't think "punk" is about chaos spikes and image. I think the Runnaways were "punk" for their time.
Do you listen to the Poison Girls, or Crass? -

do you all consider the womyn involved with andy warhol's efforts punk. like the early debbie harry singers and the plays they would put on in london and newyork...
